ATHX™ is Primal Training Club's online group training program. The program is split into three training paths that athletes can follow or adjust to fit their needs. All exercises can be adapted to fit your fitness levels and you have access to our coaches via our web based workout app.
After signing up for the ATHX™ Online Training Programme, you will get access to the ATHX™ app. Once in the app you will receive all workouts on the calendar for you to choose from. Ask the coaches questions, hang out with the group, or create a conversation at the “Water Cooler”.
Training sessions can be completed between 60-80 minutes depending on the duration of the warm up, cool down, how well you understand the movements, and how many movements are in that training session. Typically, the engine training session will take less time than the Performance and Weightlifting sessions.
All questions about training and all training results are reviewed by John (Coach). You have the ability to post training results and videos into the comments for review or questions about training execution.
You are billed each month from the time your 7 day FREE trial ends. If you cancel, which you can do at any time, you will have access to the program until your paid month expires.
